Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Fredericksburg, VA 22408. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. Their website https://www.Fredericksburg.Super-Locksmith-Service.com had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). Highly recommend Super Locksmith Service to all! If you’re in an emergency, you can count on them completely!

CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Super Locksmith Service was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Fredericksburg charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Super Locksmith Service my go-to locksmith! 10/10

I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Super Locksmith Service! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one. I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Super Locksmith Service to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Super Locksmith Service is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. I called Super Locksmith Service up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. It’s only a temporary fix. Gary from Super Locksmith Service clearly told me that the lock I’d purchased from the hardware store wasn’t the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock.
