My aunt has a 70 year old house that had serious roof leaks that caused damage to the second, and first floor respectively. The house suffered so much water damage that the walls and ceiling paint had peeled. The wood had deteriorated into being waterlogged. I called a few companies to ask questions, as I had done research to see what those companies had to offer but I was not satisfied. I spoke to a relative and she referred me to big rose Construction. I called raja , told him the issue and that he came highly recommended. After about 5 phone calls between us , I decided that big rose Construction was "The One"! Well, Umer and his crew did were great. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were honest, dependable, respectful and professional. Outstanding service and a fair price. Big rose construction will be my recommendation to anyone that needs an (attention to detail) company.

I couldn't be happier with raja and his whole crew from big rose construction . I met raja outside of another job on my block and admired his work. 1st job - We hired him to install a blue stone slab at the foot of our doorway leading the backyard and to waterproof several areas of the facade and windows. After the first day, they finished most of the work, facade and waterproofing was great, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the way the blue stone sat. With no hesitation, raja offered to completely remove and reinstall the blue stone slab to my liking. I was beyond thrilled with the finished product! 2nd job - Months later, my insurance company inspected the property and flagged a small tripping hazard where the sidewalk meets my property line and requested that it be fixed (raja didn't do the work to create the hazard). I reached out to raja and he took care of it at no charge! You would be hard-pressed to find a mason as honest and skilled as raja. He sees the big picture, which a lot of contractors don't see anymore. I only wish I found him sooner!

Raja was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to reach and always on-time (I think I kept him waiting more times than the reverse). He was also always thinking about the best way to do the project, going above and beyond as new problems came up. We've worked with plenty of contractors who just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible. Raja completed everything on time and on budget, but made sure that it was done right. Would definitely recommend.

Big rose Construction Corp did an excellent job for us, for a fair price. Our basement is completely transformed. They showed up on time, did the agreed upon work in an efficient manner, finished according to schedule, and there were no haggles or hassles. It was a big job, but their work only caused minimal disruption for us. Everyone in the work crew was courteous and professional. We would definitely work with Raja again.

I cannot recommend big rose Construction highly enough. Raja came to our house to talk about the work, explained what he thought needed doing and why, and sent us a quote within a couple of hours. From that point on, he was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The pricing was very reasonable, and now that the work is done, we know we received an excellent value. On the first day of the job, he came with his crew to supervise the work and make sure they knew the plan. They arrived at exactly 8am every day from that point on, and they were incredibly thorough and efficient. Our basement is totally transformed, and the exterior work looks great too. We had such a pleasant experience with this company. They arrived promptly at our agreed-upon time, did the work in a timely, professional manner, and they were very polite and courteous to our family! There was zero micro-managing necessary. They definitely are experts. They broke our front yard concrete, removed it, leveled/pitched the yard, poured new concrete and did all of the extra work necessary to leave us with beautiful results. Big rose Construction did an amazing job repairing my basement and waterproofing the exterior of my house after Hurricane Ida. They regraded the cement, replaced the basement doors, re-fortified and repainted the damaged basement walls and replaced the badly cracked cement on my sidewalk. They are highly responsive, they work very quickly and carefully, and above all, they care about their customers-always taking time to explain decisions and new issues as they arise. This is the second time I've worked with them, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This was the second time we have worked with raja and his wonderful team at big rose Construction. Last summer, right before our first child was born, they repointed the 120-year-old foundation in our basement and painted and sealed the whole thing so it would be clean and bright when we started doing lots of extra laundry for the baby. That project went great, and this one did too. This time, they cleaned up and repainted the iron fencing and window guards in the front of our house and built a set of lovely and very sturdy railings and banisters for our back deck. Raja is just a delight to work with. He's easy to communicate with, punctual, thoughtful about his approach to every detail of the job, and unlike many contractors, constantly around to make sure that the work is being done to his customers' satisfaction. We're really looking forward to working with him again in the near future.

Raja fixed the flood damage in my basement and dining room in 2 days. He was friendly and responsive and gave me a fair price for the high quality of work. He also gave me a ton of great tips on how to better maintain my house and avoid future water damage issues. He is knowledgeable and able to handle just about anything that could come up in a home, from a small fix to a full renovation. Will be calling him again for our next project.

I found a leak in my basement recently and I pretty much freaked out. As a new home owner, I figured that was one of the worst things you could find. So, I called around a few places on a Sunday, and Big Rose Construction was the only one who was able to send someone out to take a look right away. Raja was prompt, professional and knowledgable. He quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable and said he could do the work right away. He just left my house now. He was here exactly when he said he would be and did a great job.
