I called yesterday evening because my AC stopped. The man insisted on coming out today (Sunday morning) at a premium price because he was SO BUSY. He said he'd be here by 9:00. 9:40 rolled around, and I had heard NOTHING so I called. It seems he forgot. REALLY? YOU wanted to come out at 9 this morning, but you and your wife, who write down my info BOTH forgot? Clearly NOT reliable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
