I chose to go with Cool Factory, because the contractor that I used to go through retired but referred me to them. If you are looking for an HVAC company who will take care of you, Look no further. They came and replaced my air conditioning unit, and the thermostat. The technician showed up on time and was very efficient. He introduced himself, and went on to check all the sensors and my entire HVAC unit. While he was fixing the thermostat I had asked him if he could just go ahead and install the nest thermostat that I had bought. Very nicely he replied Of course,even though he had to add an additional wire he had no problem with doing that. I highly recommend this company and will be using them from now on.
