I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! This company doesn't have the patience to work with someone like myself who has worked 15 hour days over 2 months and my insurance company. My insurance company can barely run a timely payment nor even keep track of who my mortgage holder is. That is a different story. I gave this company the checks for payment of my roof after the job was done. I told them to please be patient and coordinate with me for remitting the personal check as my work schedule and demands are barely conducive to working with my insurance company to be able to make the payments. Not only that, but one of their crew members carelessly knocked my surveillance cameras out of position. I informed one of their managers and texted him a photo I took of my monitor showing the camera that is out of position and staring at shingles instead of the street, like it is supposed to. But the guy repositions one of my dummy cameras that is aimed at my driveway. So we know that very intelligent people run this company. But then the company just deposits the checks I wrote them without any response from me or my insurance company. So my insurance company and this company both decided that customer service doesn't matter at the end of the day and collection of payment is what matters. Now I'm living on my savings account and credit cards for at least the next 10 days, it looks like. Great job, Great American Roofing and Restoration! Keep it up. Don't expect a referral from me
