Most importantly, a small percentage of claims submitted on behalf of your practice will fall into this area. We want to address this problem. Alabama Pines RCM processes your claims immediately, and follows up within a short period of time. We request for additional, correct, or re-submittal information. We will collect on over 95% of claims on your behalf and resolve within 30 days. That small percentage of claims not resolved can sometimes be difficult to settle. Our company can file tracers and make phone calls to contact the insurance providers to pursue these unpaid claims.
