As a high school softball coach for the past 10 years, I have found that coming up with challenging, productive drills that improve skills, challenge, AND entertain players can be daunting, day after day. Marc’s program is clearly one of the best I have encountered, if not the best, for quality, productive drills. The explanations are clear. It helps me provide a great variety of drills during a practice to maximize learning and conditioning at the same time.

A couple months ago I went on a search to hire a group fitness trainer as a perk for our office. After doing in-depth research on trainers in the area, it was clear that Marc Dagenais was the top pick. And it's true - he's amazing and we couldn't be happier.

I've been working out with Marc Dagenais 3 times per week for about a year. I've found him deeply knowledgeable, experienced, patient, motivational, observant and able to tailor workouts to my needs. Marc is a professional softball trainer and combines strength and balance in his workouts.

Marc pays attention to each student to make sure we're doing the exercise at max effectiveness and safely. He is deeply committed to health and nutrition and does so much research that he always has answers to my questions. I go to his sessions weekly and always look forward to them. Can't recommend him enough!

Marc Dagenais is a strong, compassionate and knowledgeable softball trainer. I have learned so much about how to work out more effectively on my own from his group fitness classes. Training with the group is also really motivating, I don't think I would push myself nearly as far on my own.

Coached other sports for 5+ years. First year coaching softball and at the 8U level. Marc’ program and the website resources were great in providing drills that progressed skills. Also, keeping pitching to the basic fundamentals has been great for the players. A lot of good information to start coaching adults at a young age. Everything you need to know is right here. I highly recommend Marc’ program.

Marc’ program is the ultimate guide to weight plus drills training for softball and is the perfect comprehensive training aid for softball players. The online resources explains the basic exercises for training the vital muscles used to play softball. I have played ASA sanctioned softball in Texas for 20+ plus years, until I recently experienced a serious ACL/MCL injury. I thought my competitive softball days had passed, until I found the online Marc’s program. The rehabbing of my right knee area was a long slow haul, but was part of the recovering process. I utilized these resources as a tool for retraining those muscles that had become weak during my rehabilitation time.

For a beginner in slow-pitch softball like me, the Marc’s guide has everything and even a little bit more I would ever need to know to better understand the game, throw and hit the ball, pitch, run the bases, use smart offensive and defensive tactics and strategies, and win. The lack of resources about slow-pitch softball makes the Marc’s program even more valuable.

My son just started playing softball and my close friend decided to be his coach. He really enjoyed the Marc’ program and felt it helped him focus on age-appropriate drills and was a good guide on how to keep them engaged. He had not coached youth-aged children in a while and the program was a great refresher.
