Before I was having a hard time to stay fit because i`m a workaholic girl. Due to lack of exercise, I gained so much weight that even my colleagues noticed it. They told me that I have to hire a personal trainer and so I did. After a couple of months, I loss weight and realized that I have to do this regularly. Thanks a lot Tennis Lessons.
