iDesign For Real Estate is an online marketing company designed to help Realtors grow their business. iDesign For Real Estate was inspired by a Marketing Manager of a busy RE/MAX® office who needed to solve this question: “Where can I find marketing templates that are COMPLETELY editable, but with PROFESSIONAL real estate content?” Jessica Gonzalez, owner and operator worked for a top RE/MAX® office totaling 8 years in the Daytona Beach area. She supported 50-60 agents as an office manager, marketing manager and graphic designer. Jessica is a licensed sales associate and has been a graphic designer since 2002 servicing a graphic design studio, a newspaper, magazines, a marketing firm / printer, real estate offices and several freelance opportunities. She successfully graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI with a bachelors degree in Marketing and Computer Information Systems (CIS). Jessica spent numerous hours custom designing anything realtors needed for their real estate marketing - when they couldn’t find templates they could make their own or if they had a creative idea that had never been attempted. Consulting on how to stand out from the competition and how to bring in new customers was Jessica’s expertise. It has been a goal of hers to build a website filled with professional real estate templates custom designed for agents who want to grow their business. The majority of a realtors time should be spent marketing for prospects. If the design is already done, all that's left is converting the customers!
