At first they were great... responded quickly and for a reasonable price. They didn’t show or respond once an appointment was set up but said they had a family emergency and rescheduled. As I read other reviews, I see this family emergency excuse has been used a lot. Shaun’s company came out, did the roof work and were hired to do additional work and install gutter guards around the entire house. 8 months later when we had another roof inspection done from another company, we found out Shaun and his company never installed all the gutter guards like they said. They only installed them on a few of the gutters. We had paid them for work they didn’t complete. I have called numerous times and messaged Shaun to rectify the issue but have not received any messages back.
