This location not only discriminates against women but they're rude while not knowing what they're doing. I went in to get a replacement phone to find out that they had canceled my account and allowed my husband to come in without my permission to open a new account then when I told them I didn't give any permission they refused to help me rectify the problem and with every single thing that went wrong for me they began smiling bigger and bigger with each misfortune and started giving each other high fives and making jokes about us in front of us instead of helping. We called corporate 3 separate times and they continued to tell us they have no idea why this location refused to help me when I did in fact have access to replacement devices on my account I pay for. We eventually had to file a formal complaint due to the lack of customer service and the disgusting behavior of people who are supposed to be trained in customer service and deescalation but even the manager seemed to ENJOY a customer in distress. Absolutely disgusting behavior and we're taking our business elsewhere because the people specifically at this location. Horrible experience and I don't recommend going in here with a problem unless you want to be made fun of and poked fun at extensively.
