I am so sick of this company now they have the portal locked where you can't make a payment which is stupid Then I sent over a wire for my payment over one week ago they stated it would take 24 hours to Credit then I sent over a wire for my payment over one week ago they stated it would take 24 hours to credit to my account it has been over a week and my wire payment has steel not posted All they keep saying is they will email or contact accounting and accounting has not responded that is not my fault why are my payments not showing but you guys have receipts of my payments why is my portal lock when I can make my payments on the portal and it'll show instant yet they continue to charge of late fees then they also stated that the portal would be unlocked for us to make payments and my portal is still not locked which means they're going to continue to add late fees the fact that the owner and management of this company sees how horrible these reviews are and still don't do nothing is beyond me I cannot wait to get out of this situation do not move in pathlight property management it is no point and emailing no one responds it is no point in trying to log on email to report them it is no point in trying to call because the wait times over an hour and you're still get no where smh Atlanta residence sick of this

They tack on fees for EVERYTHING.If you want to make a payment through their portal, there is a $60 charge. If you pay through your bank, somehow your payment will mysteriously always be late...and they don't notify you until the 16th when they send a 3 day eviction notice. At that point, they don't tell you until later, they hire an attorney to evict you. Oh, and you pay....$1750 in attorney fees right out of the gate. And they wont work with you at all. We have been charged over $200 for there insurance company fees, when we have our own insurance: the proof of insurance that they had expired, they didn't tell us and they just started random charges for admin fees for their insurance. They have nickle and dimes us out of over $3000 and I'm sure they are not done. We will be moving soon and it will be interesting if we get any of our $5500 back. Other post'ers have said they don't refund deposits, so we will see. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! Tried to reach West Manager Ethan Aziz..no response at all. Tried to get our account manager to work with us and he was such a jerk. His name is Tim Cernack. Avoid at all costs!
