I don’t recommend!!!!!! Called in today in regards to my Check Engine light on my new Dodge Journey. Spoke with a Heather who stated she was one of the service managers about coming in to see why my check engine is on when I keep my vehicle service up to part. she was very rude with no customer service skills stated it nothing that can be done today call back Monday. I explain that was not going to work, I just wanted to come by and see if my vehicle was safe to continue driving. Unbothered Heather did not care and stated it’s 7:30 in the morning I have other things to do. I have purchased several vehicles from Chris Myers this is the worst experience I’ve ever received by far upon purchasing my dodge. I’ve never had any issues with service on any of my prior vehicle serviced By Chris Myers. If it were not for me purchasing my vehicle service package with Chris Myers I would never go back. 1 start is too many.
