Steer clear of this company and any other company owned by Ubaldo Amaury Reyes or his wife.
He started plans and permits on my home in May 2022. It is now November and he still has not gotten the permits for the city. The plumber and contractor stopped work in July because we don't have permits. The plumber, contractor and city are all waiting on the owner of this company to do his job. I have no kitchen, with a huge hole in the ground because pipes were replaced and City needs to inspect. I have paid him $3,000 so far and he has basically disappeared with my money. He is not answering emails or phones calls. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Check BBB because he did the same thing to someone else last year. He has had several business in his name the last few years. Probably because of poor business decisions.
