I called several treadmill repair service companies found via Google search. A1 Fitness Repair listened to me, but most importantly i immediately realized they focued more on helping me. Rather than how much money they could squeeze me for. Went totally out of there way to educate me on my unit and could not believe a tech actually came to my house on a Sunday afternoon. Wow. I recommend A1 Fitness to everyone out there. And recommend to avoid All Brands. They're out for your money. Thanks Tim
