The back lots, garages, and apartments flood. They do not disclose this prior to move in. They advertise fireplaces, however, fireplaces in flooded apartments do not work and company says they will not replace damaged units, nor will they adjust rent to compensate. This was also not disclosed prior to move in. Not all outlets in damaged buildings work properly. Dishwasher washes fine but does not dry. The only handicap parking is at the front office. When I expressed my concerns and mentioned moving out, property manager simply reminded me I would lose my deposit and have to pay early termination fees. I've never experienced anything like this in all my years of renting. Very disappointing because, it's the most beautiful apartment I've occupied since I started renting in the late 1990s. Great neighbors & community.
