Bristol Locksmith Service is amazing! We had a break-in and needed the locks changed immediately. Most locksmiths in Bristol, PA 19007 that we called up gave us 4-hour or 8-hour windows – but I wasn’t willing to sit around the whole day waiting for their arrival with zero protection on my property. Thankfully, nearly a dozen calls later, Bristol Locksmith Service agreed to provide what I was looking for. Dave was prompt, professional and did an incredible job. He assured me that the locks are nearly break-proof and couldn’t be manipulated as easily. And sure enough, I could see the clear difference between the old locks that got destroyed by the miscreants and the new ones. Got it all done at a great price!

There was this one instance when Eric from Bristol Locksmith Service called me up and apologized for a 5-minute delay! I bet other locksmiths wouldn’t even care if they’re hours late. After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Bristol Locksmith Service who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend Bristol Locksmith Service to all my friends, family, co-workers! After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Bristol, PA , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Bristol Locksmith Service. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Bristol, PA that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Bristol Locksmith Service if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++

It wasn’t a question of what they do, but how fast they do it! I needed someone to fix the old locks in my office and called a techie from the local shop down the road! He spent 2 hours trying to fix the lock, disrupting my business’ activity. It would have paid off if he’d actually managed to fix the lock, but he didn’t! An utter waste of my time and money.. that’s when I decided to call Bristol Locksmith Service! I recall having read a couple of positive reviews on the web about these guys and figured they could help me out! And sure enough, I’d made the right choice! It took the technician from Bristol Locksmith Service barely ten minutes to fix the lock! WOW! It was probably the expertise they had, that was behind the super quick fix.. Anyway, one thing was for sure! I was never gonna call any other locksmith in Bristol, PA except for Bristol Locksmith Service. Definitely, the best there is!
