There aren't enough words to describe what a fantastic seamstress Kathy Phillips is. Every project I've given her over the past few years was finished on time, done perfectly, and for a reasonable price. That includes oddball projects like modifying a cat bed, rounding corners on a bedspread as well as more traditional jobs like altering clothing. And Kathy is always a pleasure to work with.
