Barrett Mikoliūnas, is running one of the most unreliable companies to do work in the Ostego area. I had hired Barrett to do a job back in August or September 2021 he had to do some minor work in a small bathroom along with finishing up some trim some caulking etc. his guys put a nail through a pipe, didn't turn the water all the way back on which caused different issue where we had to replace the water compressor damaged some trim which he stated he would repair when he was going to come and do the kitchen repair, so I had to bring in The Plumber to do the repairs so we can get the water up and running And Barrett did himself show up To do the repairs on the broken pipe which he should have painted but I was waiting for when he did the kitchen to come back and finish the painting work on the bathroom for the damage that was done by his workers. I speak to Barrett after Christmas we order cabinets we order all the supplies for the kitchen and then he's a no-show! I've heard every excuse of why he couldn't come back to do the kitchen asking me not to be angry with him but in the end of the day you took a job that you were supposed to be doing a kitchen I had ordered the supplies paid to rush the supplies to my House for you to be a no-show. I then sent him a message to come and finish the repairs of the damage that his guys did to the house from the first job but she has yet to respond blowing me off reading the messages because I have everything saved asking him to return to finish the repair of the damages done by his workers. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Barrett and his company for monetary compensation of not fully taken care of the issues caused by his crew. He very well could've done the right thing and I have been more than patient with him to come and take care of the damage. I definitely would not only not recommend him but I would tell you to hire definitely someone more reputable that he is 50 years means nothing when you are known to be an alcoholic who works on the job and that I found out from your previous customers!

An excellent and professional team of men! They did more than what was expected of them and did it with great courtesy. The technicians were careful, and cleaned up everywhere they worked as well as answering all our questions.

I am pleased with the work of your staff. They did a very beautiful job - neat and clean. My bathroom had a new tub, floor, shower, sink and toilet installed.
