I've never used a security company before, so I was concerned that ADT would pressure me to buy services that I didn't want. This did not happen. Their product and its use were explained to me, and resources for additional help were provided - about 10 days after installation, one of the sensors fell off and within about 12 hours, a technician came out who corrected the problem and also helped me with a computer problem (unrelated) I'd been having. I feel like ADT staff are competent and really want their customers to be satisfied
