Hired Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith last weekend and I’m floored by their service and professionalism. I needed an extra set of keys for the lock but couldn’t meet them until 6 30 pm, which seemed to be no problem for them. Showed up right on time and made keys out of his mobile workshop. They were a perfect fit! Thanks for the prompt and precise work. The next time I need a locksmith in Fort Worth, it will be Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith. Have saved their number 972-810-6792 in my phone book, just in case.

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem. So nice to know that there are people in the Fort Worth, TX that take pride in what they do and actually care! Thanks, Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith, Best Locksmith Company in Fort Worth, TX.

Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith came to my rescue (for the 3rd time) after my bike’s lock had jammed up. Jacob got there in less than 20 minutes and fixed the issue. He even passed on information on a new lock that would prevent the problem from recurring. Will take his advice and get it installed the next week. Thank you guys! You’ve always been my reliable locksmith in Fort Worth, TX. I owe you big time!

It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Fort Worth, TX. Highly-recommend them for their timeliness! If you schedule an appointment with them, the only person who could be late for it is YOU and not them! Bowled over by their services! It barely took 10 minutes for them to work their magic on my locks! Only an hour earlier, I found myself unable to open them up and was sure that I might need a replacement. But Chris from Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith had other ideas! He was sure he could fix it and save me some money! And he managed to get it done! My lock works as if it were new and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the reasonable bill I’d received from him! After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Fort Worth Neighborhood Locksmith would be my first port of call! I’ve had their number 972-810-6792 saved up for good measure! You should too! They’re the best in Fort Worth, TX!
