Turns out, I’ve been living under a false sense of security all these years. The consultation came in free and I was charged nominally for the upgrades and repairs. When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Westminster Locksmith with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Westminster, CO !

I wasn’t opposed to the idea of hiring locksmiths, it’s just that I’ve had terrible experiences with them in the past. I rather opted to do things on my own, when my lock went bust one day.. after all, how hard could it be to install a lock? But I figured out how wrong I was. It was well past midnight, I’d just returned from a party and was fumbling for my keys, but couldn’t find them anywhere. I didn’t have a spare, nor was I willing to break down my door. This is as good as it could ever get! Called Ben from Westminster Locksmith over to my place to get a new lock installed. Ben suggested I get the locks rekeyed instead which helped me save a lot of money! He could have totally taken advantage of the situation to upsell me on a new lock, but didn’t. An honest professional, great communication and people skills! Will definitely call Westminster Locksmith again for other requirements in the future. Having lost the keys to my home, I was caught completely off-guard. The spare key was with my fiancé, who was out of town. Being quite clueless, I enquired around for suggestions.
