Being a single parent wasn’t easy. I had to juggle between work, household chores and take care of my 2-year old son. To make things easier, I hired a babysitter to look after Rob while I was away. Barely a week after I’d hired her, she managed to get herself locked out. To make things worse, she tried to bust open the lock. After all the ruckus she’d created, she decided to call me up. I was furious! Rob was still locked inside and I had to deal with a babysitter who obviously wasn’t doing a great job at it! They had great availability for the install and were right on time literally arrived at 2 PM on the dot. Scott did the installation and went over my options without trying to up sell me. He explained which deadbolt was the best for my kind of door, existing lock and type of building and then quickly went to work. An hour later it was done and now I have a shiny new lock, two new keys and a better sense of security.

After a dozen calls to various locksmiths, I finally called Richmond Galaxy Locksmith up on 804-608-5329. James got there in a flash! Well, not literally, but it only took him about ten minutes to get there! That was super fast! You know the best part? The prices! I had already whipped out a couple hundred bucks to hand out to him, but found the bill less than 50 bucks. I had called them up after midnight, and the fact that a firm was available in Richmond, VA to handle emergency requests with such rapid response, has enabled me to sleep much better at night… I highly recommend them to anyone who’s got a careless friend or relative like me! Pass on their number to them! You never know when they might misplace keys and end up needing locksmith assistance in the middle of the night!
