I called them to ask for suggestions and they sent Ronnie over to my location within ten minutes. He patiently showed me the variety of options available and advised me against going for looks alone, because according to him, security was more important. I couldn’t agree with him more. A modern remote controlled lock that Ronnie recommended was fitted within an hour. It works great and also adds that futuristic appeal to my home. This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Richmond Elite Locksmith - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

I needed to get a new chain lock installed on my front door and found this place on http://www.RichmondEliteLocksmith.com. It seemed good, there were a large number of good reviews and I thought why not give them a try? I scheduled an appointment later that night, but had to skip due to an unexpected extension at work. Mark was so understanding! He wasn’t even irked that I’d wasted his time and hadn’t even given him a warning that I wasn’t gonna be there! Anyway, I pushed the appointment a few hours ahead and needless to say, Mark was right on time again. Thanks for putting up with me and for not imposing a penalty for my blunder! Any other locksmith firm would have demanded twice the sum for having wasted their time! Richmond Elite Locksmith is awesome and unquestionably the best in Richmond, VA! A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)
