Flat rates, zero extra charges, no hidden fees – what more could I ask for? I’ve called literally every locksmith in Houston, TX and I know the general prices that are asked. What costs me 50 bucks during the day would cost me a 100 after business hours. But not with Houston Community Locksmith!!! Their non-fluctuating prices caught me by surprise! Working odd-shifts, the only time I ever got to give my locks & keys their periodic tune-up or the occasional upgrade was after regular hours. First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Houston Community Locksmith was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Houston Community Locksmith was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Houston that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. If you ever have problems with your lock, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I highly recommend it…

But when my ignition threw up a tantrum in the middle of the road, I was left with no choice – it was either a locksmith or a car manufacturer – and I wasn’t too keen on the latter! I looked online and landed up on http://www.HoustonCommunityLocksmith.com. I hadn’t tried them out before and hoped they’d be different from the other locksmith service firms I had called up in the past! And they were! I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional service.

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Houston Community Locksmith is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Houston, TX company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!
