I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Houston and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Houston Eagle Locksmith. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

When I called them up on 281-502-1492 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from Houston Eagle Locksmith told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock. Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at Houston Eagle Locksmith for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Houston, TX!! Would I recommend them? YES!

Nearly all of my neighbors were upgrading their locks, so I thought to myself: why shouldn’t I? Great work by Houston Eagle Locksmith! I called them to ask for suggestions and they sent Ronnie over to my location within ten minutes. He patiently showed me the variety of options available and advised me against going for looks alone, because according to him, security was more important. I couldn’t agree with him more. A modern remote controlled lock that Ronnie recommended was fitted within an hour. It works great and also adds that futuristic appeal to my home. Thank you for the excellent work and the suggestions! If you ask me, 281-502-1492 is the only number you’ll ever need to bid goodbye to all your lock & key troubles in Houston, TX 77067… Highly recommend!

Dave from Houston Eagle Locksmith is an honest man in a mostly dishonest business. I asked him to help my mom out with the deadbolt on her door. He went out to Houston, TX without issue. I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. He could have tricked my mom but he was honest and reliable. He actually arrived early. EARLY?!? How great is that? Dave, you are the man!!! Thank You. I will recommend your Company to anyone and everyone.

Called Houston Eagle Locksmith and requested them to come in right away because we’d be unable to lock our door that night. They agreed and sent a locksmith to my place in less than twenty minutes. The carpenter, however, hadn’t finished his work, but Dave didn’t complain and waited patiently. After that, it barely took Dave five minutes to install the lock. I’m blown away by their customer service. If I need a locksmith in Houston, TX, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them - and you shouldn’t either!
