just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? I went with Houston Special Locksmith after seeing all these positive Online reviews, and it was such a positive experience I feel like I have to chime in and give him five stars too. Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call.

If I had to sum up my experience with Houston Special Locksmith in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Houston Special Locksmith on 281-502-1458 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Houston, TX that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! My property in Houston, TX 77071 was broken into recently. Well, it wasn’t exactly a break-in, because the locks were still intact.
