Builder contracted with this guy to do my irrigation system for my new home build. He never completed the project and never admitted the fact. When I questioned the function, he stated " the system keeps shorting out" . Paid this guy to replace a drain in my driveway. He took my money and disappeared. Will have to file a small claims theft report.
