Hands down the best in Houston, TX! Right from the dispatcher to Gary, the locksmith who arrived at my place, the guys at Houston Express Locksmith are awesome. When I lamented about how I’d been tricked into getting my perfectly good locks with new, low-grade ones, Gary confirmed that it was a common practice employed by most scamsters. They trick you into believing you need something when you don’t and charge an exorbitant sum for work that isn’t worth the price. Thankfully, I still had the old locks with me and Gary had them rekeyed and refitted. Wish I’d come across http://www.HoustonExpressLocksmith.com in the first place and not after spending $250 on cheap locks. I highly recommend them!

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Houston Express Locksmith to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Houston Express Locksmith was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Houston Express Locksmith!!! Keep up the great work in Houston, TX! Five stars all around!!!
