Chris Kopf Real Estate, Ltd. I am a top Real Estate Agent in the resort ski-town of Crested Butte Colorado. I help affluent second homeowners and retirees Sell their homes so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives. I also help affluent Buyers find the perfect mountain dream home so they can create a lifetime of memories with family, friends, and clients. Customer service, hard work and attention to detail are the keys to my satisfied clients.
The majority of the Crested Butte second homeowners are from Texas and Oklahoma.
I lived in Texas for 25 years and was a second homeowner in Crested Butte for ten years prior to moving to Crested Butte full-time with my wife Francene (from Tulsa, Oklahoma) and our 3 teenage daughters. I have been in the Buyer’s shoes and help clients find that perfect mountain property for them and their family, or help them sell their Crested Butte home.
