Her practice offers tools that you can accumulate and continue to use in your every day life.

I have suffered from anxiety and depression for quite some time. It has ranged from crippling to practically non-existent. My mental health issues stem from becoming very sick in my early teenage years, and have grown with new adult/life difficulties. I have seen many therapists, all over this state, but not one came close Gretchen. Not one made me feel nearly as comfortable, or as valued, or as heard. With Gretchen I can say anything, I can be completely honest, and I feel completely safe. I am not one to open up, to show emotion, to word my darkest thoughts or simplest needs, but with Gretchen, I am able to. She makes you feel like you are chatting with a friend (but a friend who is highly classified to give you advice), she also has an incredible talent of making you realize/say what needs to be realized/said. I cannot recommend Gretchen highly enough (in fact I already have recommended her to some of my friends). I am lucky to have someone as truly amazing as Gretchen helping me become a better me.
