The owner Joe took 45k payment in 9-separate checks amounting 5k each about 12-months ago. But as of to date May 13 2023 he has NOT delivered any single item to me. I had to hire an attorney to file treble damage lawsuit (sued Joe for 135k 3-times as per NJ law).
Also, i believe Joe committed TAX FRAUD by taking 5k checks. He took multiple checks on the same day. He requested me NOT to write checks over 5k. I've already reported this to IRS and NJ Division of Taxation. I'll follow up on this along with my legal battle to get my money back. my story came out on newspaper on May 13 2023.
