We are having a terrible experience! We ordered a $3500 motion sectional. When we received the sectional one of the motion pieces were broken. We asked for a refund and for them to come pickup the broken furniture. They charged us a 10% restocking fee and also a $180 pick up fee for them to come pick up the broken couch that was delivered. They stated on the contract that we "changed our mind" NOT that they delivered a broken couch, they LIED. It is going to take 30 days to get our refund back and they are only refunding us $2950. Long story short they delivered us a broken couch and we lost over $500! We will NEVER do business with them again, and I suggest you don't either!
