Very responsive, and took less than an hour to get to me and this was also on a Saturday night. Then only took 5 minutes to get me back into the apartment. Very friendly and professional. No one likes being locked out but if it happens, I would highly recommend Houston General Locksmith.

Being a single parent wasn’t easy. I had to juggle between work, household chores and take care of my 2-year old son. To make things easier, I hired a babysitter to look after Rob while I was away. Solid guys. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and we wanted a high security lock installed. They got it done right away, even though they didn't have the part, they went to get it, came back the SAME DAY and finished the installation. I'm on the same page as everyone else - great service at unbelievable prices. Called Ronnie from Houston General Locksmith and he arrive right on schedule despite it being the weekend! The best part was that he didn’t charge me a dime extra for providing service on a weekend. I recall having paid $40 to some other locksmith as an extra charge for calling him up after hours.
