The Mixing Bowl Cafe
The Mixing Bowl was created to fulfill a desire to provide the Gering Valley with home cooked yet elevated food. Inspired by Midwest German cuisine, Chef Jamie offers a menu specializing in home cooked food just like Grandma used to make, while also offering diners more contemporary fare like eggs Benedict, fish tacos, and chili relleño grilled cheese. Coffee lovers also enjoy a full coffee bar, with specialties like the Monument Mocha and the Devonshire.

Unique menu with freshest possible ingredients. Jamie takes culinary chances not found locally and nearly all are successful. Even the more basic menu items are spot on. One of our favorite restaurants to go to!
