My Instructor covered all the topics and was very clear and informative. she spent lot of time for case studies so that we can confidently work on case studies during the nurturing phase. Good workshop and might be useful for any techies if u are thinking for a good career as business analyst. Especially trainer was very good in teaching more effectively.
