If someone knows the industry price for various locksmith services, that’s me! Being a realtor, I’ve had to deal with missing keys, lock installations, repairs, door setups, and so on. So, I’m not new to locksmiths, especially to those in Portland, OR. After the regular guy I hired bailed out, I had to look for other options. Having exhausted nearly all the options, Portland Galaxy Locksmith was the only one I hadn’t tried out yet and decided to call them up. Everything I thought I knew about the locksmith industry in Portland, OR went down the drain! Portland Galaxy Locksmith offered downright the cheapest rates in the industry! Wish I’d found them sooner. Now I know that Portland Galaxy Locksmith is the best. I’ve deleted all the numbers of other locksmiths for 503-716-1398 is the only number I’ll ever need for all my locksmith needs…

I Called Portland Galaxy Locksmith requesting their prices and I was really impressed with what they quoted! It wasn’t the only firm in Portland, OR that I contacted. Caught up in a financial crisis and facing a troublesome lock pushed me towards exploring a host of options before settling for one. While a few companies refused to quote prices upfront, there were a few that charged ridiculously high prices. I’m really glad I found these guys from Portland Galaxy Locksmith! Nominal prices that would fit an average worker’s pocket… And the service is simply outstanding! Prompt, efficient and affordable, Portland Galaxy Locksmith is definitely the No.1 in Portland, OR!!!

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Portland Galaxy Locksmith first, in future endeavors!

If I listed out all the nightmarish experiences I’ve had with locksmiths, I could probably write a book. Right when I thought I’d never find a reliable locksmith in Portland, OR, the guys at Portland Galaxy Locksmith managed to change my mind! Having lost the only key I had to my home, I was locked out! The neighbors had gone on a vacation and being new to Portland, OR, I knew no one else whom I could ask for help. Eventually, I ended up looking online for help and found http://www.PortlandGalaxyLocksmith.com. The firm had rave reviews online and decided to give them a try. What’s the worst that could happen? Half an hour later, I found myself on the couch, watching TV and unwinding after a long day. The superfast service of Portland Galaxy Locksmith had me amazed! They didn’t even charge me an absurdly high call-out fee for late night service, like others do! I can’t praise them enough… 10 on 10 for their service!!

I was in no position to leave the side of my car and get help. My 2-year old daughter was locked inside the car and my phone battery was also about to die. Helpless, I called nearly every other locksmith I could find online, but was only met with a negative response. Hoping against hope, I kept dialing numbers, believing that the next one would bring me the needed help. And I finally found it, once I dialed 503-716-1398. Portland Galaxy Locksmith sent help within ten minutes, and the technician, Edward, was able to unlock the car quickly. I can’t thank these guys enough for rushing to my aid when literally every other locksmith in Portland, OR wouldn’t.
