The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! I wasn’t expecting it, especially not when I was tired and looking forward to getting some sleep! Thankfully, the guys over at Mesquite Locksmith Store were extremely understanding of my situation. called Mesquite Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

What a nice guy. Gorge called me back within about 20 minutes of speaking with the dispatcher. He quickly identified the solution -- one that I could tackle more quickly on my own. This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Mesquite Locksmith Store - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

Some things cannot be left unsaid, and my experience with Mesquite Locksmith Store just happens to be one of those things! I was all set for a business trip, my bags were packed, the windows were secured shut, checked the stove, double checked all the locks and finally stuffed my luggage in the car. I turned the key in the lock and after a little fumbling, I heard a snap. Of all the moments my key could have chosen to break, why did it have to be this one?
