I rarely leave reviews but I was super impressed with the work done by Plano City Locksmith that I simply had to. Found them online and submitted a request via their email [email protected] to help fix my front door gate. Got a call within 5 minutes, and a technician sent over to my place in the next 20 minutes! Didn’t expect them to respond this quick. The technician did a very neat job and charged me reasonably for it. Will I hire them again? I don’t see why not! Highly recommend them to all in Plano , TX 75025!

I went searching for a new locksmith for the building I manage in Greenpoint after the famous local shop pissed me off one too many times. Henrry was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Plano City Locksmith was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Plano that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. If you ever have problems with your lock, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I highly recommend it…

After having a negative experience with another locksmith, it was Plano City Locksmith that came to my rescue and fixed everything up at my office. It was such a pleasant experience working with them that I hired them again to fix a few locks around my house. Was charged reasonably both the times! Just had Arthur help out tonight with my apartment in Plano , TX. Called up and a nice girl answered the phone, was told an ETA. Arthur showed up really professional and nice. They came up to my door, within like 2 minutes opened it without damaging the lock. $99 later (plus $29 night time fee, totally fair) I'm home and will definitely recommend them The best Locksmith Company in Plano , TX Thanks again guys.

The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! I wasn’t expecting it, especially not when I was tired and looking forward to getting some sleep! Thankfully, the guys over at Plano City Locksmith were extremely understanding of my situation. After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Plano City Locksmith was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Plano City Locksmith to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns. Anyway, this Plano City Locksmith is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars on this site, but he totally deserves it.
