If that didn’t work, I could always fall back on the towing service which would get there in a few more hours. However, it didn’t come to that. The technicians from San Antonio Locksmith Master were super fast and arrived in ten minutes. I don’t know what Joe did, but he opened the lock up in seconds!!! I had hopped aboard and was already on my way back. FYI, the towing service never got there! San Antonio, TX is fortunate to have locksmiths like Joe watching their back. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). Hands down the best in San Antonio, TX! Right from the dispatcher to Gary, the locksmith who arrived at my place, the guys at San Antonio Locksmith Master are awesome. When I lamented about how I’d been tricked into getting my perfectly good locks with new, low-grade ones, Gary confirmed that it was a common practice employed by most scamsters. They trick you into believing you need something when you don’t and charge an exorbitant sum for work that isn’t worth the price. Thankfully, I still had the old locks with me and Gary had them rekeyed and refitted. Support arrived right on schedule, the prices seemed reasonable, and the technician knew his job well. I’ve since called them up to rekey my locks after a bitter spat with my neighbors. I didn’t like the idea of coughing up $200 to get my lock replaced as quoted by the hardware shop near my place. Surprisingly, they listened in on what I needed and gave me a low price over the phone. I was still skeptical – I was quite aware of how locksmiths trick people into believing that they’re getting the best but add on absurd charges in the final bill! After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from San Antonio Locksmith Master who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend San Antonio Locksmith Master to all my friends, family, co-workers! Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call San Antonio Locksmith Master !
