I must say, I’m truly amazed by the skill and professionalism shown by these guys. Gary was thorough with his job and clearly explained what needed improvement and why. I gave him the go-ahead. Within two hours, Gary and his team had managed to replace five locks, installed a new keyless entry system, carried out repairs on the doors and also installed locks on the file cabinets. However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 401-424-9500 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from Warwick Locksmith Store told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock. Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at Warwick Locksmith Store for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Warwick, RI!! Would I recommend them? YES!
