I’m not exatly what you’d call a review person. In fact this could easily be the first ever detailed review that I’m posting online. A few weeks ago, I ended up misplacing my key bunch. No matter how much I racked my brains, I couldn’t figure out where it’d gone. I strongly suspected that someone had stolen it and being as paranoid asI was, I dropped by a hardware shop for advice. The guy over there told me I needed to get all my locks replaced and was trying to convince me into buying a whole bunch of locks. Not entirely convinced and wanting to get second opinion, I looked online and landed up at http://www.ProvidenceLocksmithService.com. These guys had a bunch of positive reviews and I decided to call them up. To be honest, it was one of the best things I’d ever found online. The technician who came to my place was a pure professional! He laughed off my idea of replacing the locks and suggested getting the locks rekeyed instead. He was done in about an hour, handed me new keys, installed a key safe to make sure I never lose my keys again. Best service firm in Providence, RI. And the bill – I don’t think I’d have found a better deal than them at such a reasonable price.

There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks weren’t gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. After a few locksmiths denied service and a few didn’t even bother answering the call, I stumbled across http://www.ProvidenceLocksmithService.com. The website claimed 24/7 service and I hoped that they really meant that! Within thirty minutes of placing the call, Ron had reached my place. After taking a look at my locks, he suggested that I needn’t get rid of all my locks as a few were still good enough to get me past the assessment. That was news to me! And if he hadn’t taken the privilege to bring it to my notice, I would have ended up spending a lot of money that night! An hour later, he was done replacing my locks with brand new ones and fixed up a few faulty ones! And the total bill – it was way less than I expected it to be. Ron didn’t even charge me extra for calling him at such an odd-hour! You guys rock!!!! And I’m definitely giving you a call anytime in future! I was about to leave on a vacation and needed a new lock on my door to ensure that I didn’t return to a burgled home. It was 2:00 am and I doubted any locksmithing firm would be open at that hour. Twenty minutes later, Dave arrived on the scene. After an assessment, he recommended that I get a deadbolt installed on the door as it was the best fit for my security requirements. I thought that he’d have to make his way back to the store to fetch the deadbolt but I was wrong. The van he came in had it all! I chose from a set of options, the installation was done in a few minutes and I was on my to a blissful weekend in Rome.
