I literally have nothing bad to say about these New Kensington Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in New Kensington , PA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the New Kensington Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!! We came home after a night out to find that our babysitter had not only locked herself out of our apartment she left the keys inside but she called a random locksmith to bust the door and let her in. What can i say about these guys that hasn't already been said? They were able to squeeze me in the day that I called and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Honest to God, it doesn't get better than New Kensington Locksmith Store. Tech was on time, he's quick and efficient, he's cheap, and he's REAL pretty. Caught an advert recently on TV for a voice-activated lock and ordered it right away. I had a thing for all things tech and I just couldn’t miss out on this one! It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from New Kensington Locksmith Store took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. Jones was strictly against products advertized on telly. According to him, they are either fake or overpriced. Well, my two-hundred bucks were gone! Wish I’d received that piece of info earlier. Nevertheless, Jones got a new lock installed, a far better one at a modest price! From now on, I’m only relying on his advice for all things related to locks. No one deserves all the praise, more than these guys from New Kensington Locksmith Store! The first time I called them up was to get my doors replaced. Support arrived right on schedule, the prices seemed reasonable, and the technician knew his job well. I’ve since called them up to rekey my locks after a bitter spat with my neighbors. I’ve also called them up to install an automatic lock on my garage door! Every time I’ve called them over, their pricing, timing, and the quality of services has consistently remained the best. I didn’t like the idea of coughing up $200 to get my lock replaced as quoted by the hardware shop near my place. Surprisingly, they listened in on what I needed and gave me a low price over the phone. I was still skeptical – I was quite aware of how locksmiths trick people into believing that they’re getting the best but add on absurd charges in the final bill!
