I needed help with setting up a new smart lock on my front door. After an impressive advert lured me into buying the lock, I was left struggling to make sense of the instructions and install it. So, I called Willow Grove Locksmith Store! Dave reached my location quickly, took one look at the lock and advised me against installing it. Turns out, it wasn’t authentic, but only a cheap imitation and showed me the real version of the lock. I could clearly make out the difference. I wasn’t going to risk the security of my property for anything and asked Dave to install the genuine version. Wish I’d purchased the lock from Willow Grove Locksmith Store in the first place and hadn’t wasted my money on a fake.

So, I called Willow Grove Locksmith Store! Dave reached my location quickly, took one look at the lock and advised me against installing it. Last Saturday I had a appointment with Willow Grove Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Willow Grove, PA

First, I live in the Willow Grove, PA and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Willow Grove Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Willow Grove Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

When my locks started acting up, I hired a guy from the hardware shop down the street. He messed with the locks for a while and to me, one thing was clear, the guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Sure enough, I did a little probing and found that he had zero experience. I couldn’t believe I’d let an amateur fool around and waste my time! Wish I’d just called Willow Grove Locksmith Store in the first place. Phenomenal services. And all the technicians have great practical experience! It took Mark minutes to fix the damage done by the other guy and get my lock working without a hitch!
Will I call them again? DEFINITELY!!! FIVE STARS! Willow Grove Locksmith Store is the best in Willow Grove, PA!!!!

You can even request for a flat rate by calling them on 215-716-7636 and based on the information you provide, these guys will be happy to help you out.

Called Willow Grove Locksmith Store to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed.
If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless.
They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously?
