This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Feasterville-Trevose-Locksmith - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

I needed my locks changed, but John from Feasterville-Trevose-Locksmith believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job. John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!! First, when I called in Feasterville-Trevose-Locksmith with a service request, the dispatcher was ever so polite and assured me of immediate help. I was locked out of my home, and while my stress levels were running on an all-time high, his assurance definitely helped calm me down. Second, it only took them ten minutes to get there. For a person who has previously waited for hours on end for a locksmith to arrive, this superfast response came as a pleasant shock. And then, when it comes to the service, Tony had the lock opened up in a few minutes without inflicting the slightest damage on it! Truly incredible!
