Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. But after having experienced the laid back, cool, efficient professionalism of Tom at Ardmore Locksmith Service , I can't imagine using anyone else. He seems to always answer the phone and be available. And he was prompt and reliable about showing up and coming equipped with all the supplies he needed without knowing much about my particular situation. Payment was easy too - he takes credit cards.

I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Ardmore Locksmith Service. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

If I had to sum up my experience with Ardmore Locksmith Service in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Ardmore Locksmith Service on 610-973-5276 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. The pricing is great! The BEST, in fact! After some kids in the block decided that it was amusing to use my door for target practice, I had no choice but to replace the now battered door with a new one. I also needed a lock for my gate so that those pesky kids didn’t get anywhere near my property again.
