How often have you been duped by locksmiths? Perhaps, several times. I, for one, have hired over ten different locksmiths in Jersey City, NJ and I’ve never been completely satisfied with any of them. I needed a chain lock on my front door. Barely fifteen minutes had passed since I'd made that call to Jersey City Lock & Key when my doorbell rang. Jack was extremely friendly and courteous and had the door fitted with a new lock. Despite making a house call, there weren't any convenience charges added in the bill and I found the rates to be very reasonable. I must say, I've finally found a locksmith that I'm going to stick to forever. Can't recommend them enough!

I had an appointment at 8 pm with Jersey City Lock & Key for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Jersey City, NJ. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold.
