Hired a locksmith from Salt Lake City Expert Locksmith. A neighbor recommended them highly and passed on their number 801-820-4047 to me. Since I was new to Salt Lake City, I didn’t know anyone else and called them up without thinking twice. Very reliable, on time, and knows what to do. Got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Back where I come from, locksmiths would take hours to respond and an even longer time to get the job done. Will I hire them again? Yes. I’ve found my go-to locksmith. Highly recommend them to all!

I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Thankfully, despite not making an advance appointment, Anderson form Salt Lake City Expert Locksmith somehow managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got there within half an hour. Good service! He discussed all the options with me before proceeding and also explained the difference between my old cylinder lock and the one he was installing ( without me asking). I literally have nothing bad to say about these Salt Lake City Expert Locksmith. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Salt Lake City, UT and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Salt Lake City Expert Locksmith website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

I knew I had to do what had to be done to stay safe. The lady next door who had been listening in on the argument all along recommended that I call in Salt Lake City Expert Locksmith. And I did! The technician that was sent over shortly, John, was extremely polite and understanding. Once I narrated my ordeal, he told me that getting my locks rekeyed was the right option and without further ado, he started off with the process. Salt Lake City Expert Locksmith is the best! They send technicians right away (usually in less than 20 mins) and the work done is impeccable. I’ve hired locksmiths from this firm around six times now for multiple reasons, and I’ve only received 100% satisfactory service each time. The best part of hiring them is that I don’t have to go looking for services anywhere as they run mobile operations in and around Salt Lake City to deliver on the spot service. Highly recommend them!
