Hired Salt Lake City General Locksmith to rekey the locks throughout the apartment complex. On time, polite and very professional, Jeff got the job done in less than two hours. I was very impressed with his speed and more so with his focus on customer service. Though I’d only asked him to rekey the lock on the gate, Jeff went above and beyond fine tuning the gate hinge to make sure it didn’t slam shut and wake everyone up. So considerate and helpful!

The locksmith was on time, efficient, talented, and a really fun person to talk to. I’m completely confident that he set me up with the best locks available under my budget. How? He showed me the stark difference in quality between the old lock (an outdated, poor quality, worthless lock) and the new one (sturdy and new).
All the technicians seem incredibly talented. You can easily tell by seeing them in action that they know their stuff. I had an appointment at 8 pm with Salt Lake City General Locksmith for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!
