The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

I was going away on a vacation, and a break-in next door had left me rattled. I needed to ensure that my locks were in perfect order before I left. Jack got there in less than half an hour, and he immediately got down to the job. The lock worked perfectly, but Jack highly recommended upgrading the lock, since it was now around 6 years old.
